With the huge downpour that Metro Vancouver had earlier today, I began to think about the inevitable rainy season that’ll be descending on the city in a couple of months. Vancouver’s known for its rain, so I wondered why I’ve never owned a decent pair of rainboots. They’re big business in the city, especially now that they come with all different kinds of designs and prints on them:

What I don’t understand, are the crazy prices that I see for some of them. Seriously, did they always cost upwards of $70-$100??? Crazy…

I wonder why rainboots aren’t that big of a deal for guys… Not stylish enough? I like the daisy boots, but maybe guys prefer solid colours? Or do they just not go with a guy’s outfit in general?
