- Customer: I know you have it. It's a new release.
- Me: *rummage through new releases* I'm sorry, we might be sold out. All our blu-rays are out on the shelves. Do you know exactly when it was released?
- Customer: ...What, are you new or something? That's impossible.
- Me: (O_o) Yes, I'm new. Let's look it up on the computer. *type-type* Oh, here it is. It's says the release date is DECEMBER 15TH.
- Customer: December 15th....Well, are you going to have it on that day? I want it for the price that it's listed on the website.
